I watched Prisoners over the weekend and REALLY loved it. It had the same sort of slow quiet thriller feel that Zodiac did (which I also really adored) but benefited from much tighter writing and a smaller, less spread out, cast of characters. The atmosphere (lots of rain lmao) was also lovely. Anyways great stuff and I enjoyed it a lot more than ( Read more... ) -

I read Doomsday Book and To Say Nothing Of The Dog (both by Connie Willis) last week. DB broke my heart in a bunch of pieces and TSNotD made me laugh so much so it pretty much evened out. Both were excellent. ♥♥♥
